PKS Civil is a specialised manufacturing business within the Hynds Group of Companies. We operate in close partnership with Waters & Farr to provide comprehensive service and solutions across all PE pipe and fabricated solution requirements, nationwide.

Spiral pipe technology has been manufactured and used successfully throughout Europe since the 1960s. PKS Civil is supported by Frank GMBH who are one of the pioneers and frontrunners of spiral wound pipe manufacturing. PKS Civil is the leading manufacturer and supplier of certified PE100 spiral wound pipe in New Zealand for drainage, stormwater and wastewater applications.

PKS Civil design and manufacture pipeline systems for drainage, stormwater and wastewater applications including pipes, manholes, wet wells, retention and attenuation tanks, reducers, bends and T and Y junctions.

Through collaboration with design engineers, asset owners and civil contractors, our approach is one of partnership with you. Our in-house design and fabrication teams work with you to deliver the ultimate value.

State of the Art Manufacturing

Our state of the art manufacturing facility manufactures PE and PP pipe up to 4.2 m along with manhole and pipeline structures for your water storage, wet wells and intake manifold needs.
The PKS system allows for uniform, permanently tight sewage, retention and attenuation structures - with pipes of all conventional dimensions. The leakage integrity, chemical resistance and flexibility of our product protects the environment.
